Returns & Exchanges

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We appreciate you and are glad you're a part of the Bacardí family.  If any of the items in your order are damaged or missing, you may be eligible for a refund on the impacted items. We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After this period, returns will not be accepted. All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition and must be, unworn and unused. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase ( such as a receipt or order number).

Don't hesitate to get in touch with us before sending any items back to us and we will advise you on the next steps. This includes sending pictures of the damaged items.

Always contact us at casabacardionline@bacardi.com before sending your return. 

For refunds, once it is approved, it will be processed upon receipt of the items at our shop, and the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please be mindful that this may depend on your bank.

Apparel:

All unworn, unwashed, and apparel in perfect condition with its tags still attached will be refunded to the original form of payment. 

Personalized items:

You must verify all information is correct before completing your order. Any personalized items are final sale and will not be eligible for returns due to incorrect spelling or characters.

Damaged or broken items:

While we take great measures to ensure your fragile items arrive in perfect condition, we understand things may happen along the way. In the case your item is received damaged or broken, please send us a picture of the box and the items to our email: casabacardionline@bacardi.com and we will issue an exchange immediately. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank or credit card company.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Not all refunds will include shipping costs and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

 

 CANCEL OR AMEND ORDERS

All items are shipped from Puerto Rico and may take between 5-7 business days to be processed.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or amend your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel or amend the order, be sure to get in touch with us immediately at casabacardionline@bacardi.com.
