Terms of Sale
If any (or all) of the items in your order are damaged or missing parts, you are eligible for a refund on the impacted items.
In that case, please contact us before sending any items back to us and we will advise you on the process.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
You are also eligible for a refund on shipping costs. This refund would be calculated based on the ratio of refunded items versus total items in your order.
If you order only one item and it is eligible for a refund, we will credit you with the full shipping cost (100%).
If you order five items and only one is eligible for a refund, we will credit you with 1/5 (20%) of the shipping costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you don’t think you have received a refund, please check your bank or original method of payment before contacting your credit card company.
Once you’ve done all of this, please contact us using the “Help” functionality on our website or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

CANCEL OR AMEND ORDERS
We work to ship orders as quickly as possible.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or amend your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel or amend the order, please contact us immediately.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
