Returns & Exchanges

We ask you to return any damaged or unused items within the 30 day return period via mail to:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If any of the items in your order are damaged or missing, you are eligible for a refund on the impacted items.

In that case, please contact us before sending any items back to us and we will advise you on the next steps. This may include sending pictures of damaged items.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed upon receipt of the items, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please be mindful that this may depend on your bank.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven't  received your refund, please check your bank or credit card company.

Please contact us using the “Help” functionality on our website or email casabacardionline@bacardi.com if you need further assistance.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Not all refunds will include shipping costs and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. 

If you order only one item and it is eligible for a refund, we will credit you with the full shipping cost (100%).

If you order five items and only one is eligible for a refund, we will credit you with 1/5 (20%) of the shipping costs.

 

CANCEL OR AMEND ORDERS

All items are shipped from Puerto Rico and may take between 3-5 business days to be processed.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or amend your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel or amend the order, please contact us immediately at casabacardionline@bacardi.com.

RETURNS

Returns will gladly be accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
