How can I contact Customer Services?

If you wish to cancel your order, please phone (787) 788-8400 on Monday to Friday. For any other requests, please use the methods above.

    What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal.

    Do I need to register for an account before I can purchase items from your store?
    No, you do not need to register. You can simply checkout as guest.

    Are other items going to be added to the Bacardi Online Gift Shop?
    New collections will be added to the Bacardi Online Gift Shop from time to time, so watch this space

    How do you deliver your orders?
    We use United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your order.

    When will I receive my order?
    Orders will be shipped the next business day. Shipping by USPS takes between 5 to 7 business days.

    How can I track my order?
    You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

    Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver to all US states and territories, except American Samoa, Federal State of Micronesia, Guam, Marshal Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

    Do you deliver alcohol?
    We are not able to sell alcohol online because of federal regulations.

    How do I cancel or amend my order?
    We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or amend your order after it has been handed over to the courier. If you do need to cancel, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel or amend it.
    If your order has already been handed over to the courier, please see our refund policy for further instructions.

    What if there is an issue with my order once I receive it?
    Please contact us if there is an issue with your order. If the product is damaged or faulty, we will refund you as per our refund policy.

    How do promotional code work?
    If you have a promotional code, please enter it when prompted during checkout and it will immediately be applied to your order.

    Do you sell gift cards?
    We do not currently sell gift cards, but this functionality may be available in the future.

    Can I order by phone?
    Orders cannot be placed over the phone, so please visit our website and check out all the items we have to offer there.

    Why am I being charged tax on my purchase?
    We store and sell our products from our brand home in Cataño, Puerto Rico. As such, all sales are subject to Puerto Rico sales and use tax which consists of the following: 

    • Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Tax: 10,5%
    • Municipality Tax: 1%

    For this reason, a total of 11,5% tax is added to your basket at checkout.
