Do you offer curbside pickup?
Yes, we do offer local curbside pickup! Days: From Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM and from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal.
Do I need to register for an account before I can purchase items from your store?
No, you do not need to register. You can simply checkout as a guest.
How do you deliver your orders?
Via United States Postal Service (USPS).
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped the next business day. Shipping by USPS takes between 5 to 7 business days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
Where do you deliver to?
We're currently only shipping to the USA.
Do you deliver alcohol?
Unfortunately, due to federal regulations, we are not able to sell alcohol online but if you are visiting us you can select Curbside Pickup.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you do need to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with us immediately. There is no guarantee we can issue a refund if the item has already been shipped. In the case it has already shipped out, please see our refund policy for further instructions.
What if there is an issue with my order once I receive it?
Please contact us for any problems with your order. If the product is damaged or faulty, we will issue a refund or exchange as per our refund policy.

Orders cannot be placed over the phone. Please visit our website and check out all the items we have to offer.
Why am I being charged tax on my purchase?
We store and sell our products from our brand home in Puerto Rico. As such, all sales are subject to Puerto Rico sales and use tax:
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Tax: 10.5%
Municipality Tax: 1%
